Your enquiry. Your choice.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This notice explains how Cold Care and Repair CC ("Cold Care") handles the personal information you send through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Who is responsible
Cold Care and Repair CC, 707 Platinum Street, Elardus Park, Pretoria, 0181. Information Officer: contact 082 457 4001.
What the form collects
Your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you choose and any optional message or room-size estimate. Your consent, the time of your request and the page you sent it from are recorded too.
How it is used
By submitting the form, you ask Cold Care to contact you about your request. Your details are used to respond, quote, arrange and carry out the work and keep job records. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
Who processes it
Web3Forms delivers form submissions to Cold Care's email inbox. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical access logs needed to deliver and protect it. If Google Analytics is switched on, it measures how visitors use the site (for example taps on the call button and form submissions) but does not receive your enquiry details. Some of these providers store information outside South Africa under data-protection terms similar to POPIA.
Other services
WhatsApp and Google Maps operate under their own privacy policies. Opening those links takes you to their services.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal obligations.
Only include details needed to explain the job. Please do not send identity documents or financial information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you supplied, withdraw your consent or object to how it is used. Contact Cold Care and Repair CC on 082 457 4001, or at 707 Platinum Street, Elardus Park, Pretoria, 0181.
